Private Medical Insurance
We are currently registered with Bupa for private medical insurance. Please note:
- Most obstetric services are not covered by private medical insurance
- You are responsible for obtaining pre-authorization from Bupa before any treatment
- Payment is required from you directly at the time of service
- We will provide itemized invoices for you to claim reimbursement from Bupa where applicable
- Any excess, co-payment, or non-covered services are your responsibility
- We cannot guarantee Bupa will cover any services or costs
- Patients with other insurers or self-pay patients receive the same fee structure
If you have private medical insurance with another provider who will cover your treatment, we may be able to register with them to facilitate direct billing. Please contact us to discuss this option before booking.
We strongly recommend contacting your insurance provider before booking to confirm whether your policy covers obstetric care and to understand what authorization is required.
